Liam, please forgive Jim (or one of his cohorts) for impersonating me in this instance. They can be awfully kooky sometimes. However, if you wish to learn more about the foreskin and the conditions which prevent it from retracting, then I would suggest that, if you haven't done so already, then you look at the site that hosts this forum:
