Hi. After reading most of the pages on the site, I think that I have primary phimosis - basically, I have never retracted my foreskin and can't seem to remember ever thinking that was not normal.
As far as I understood, the use of topical steroids is likely to help in this case, failing which circumsision is the option. The one thing that I have been unable to determine is the correct combination of application of the beta-methasone & stretching.
I seem to gather that I need to retract the foreskin as far as possible and apply the creme in the front inch or so... I need to do this twice a day for a period of time ranging from 14 days - 1 month. When and how do I stretch? Do I apply the creme & stretch after that? Do I stretch once every week? Do I stretch after completing 1 month of applying the creme? There seem to be numerous, and somewhat confusing, answers...
Can someone who has used this technique please help me?
Thanks, in anticipation.
