Not sure about this one. There are a number of different types of
phimotic ring and it seems you might have one of the rarer ones.
I have heard of the ring ripping before (or in your case a segment of the
ring ripping) - I am not sure what this indicates but probably a ring
which cannot be stretched ... What we can see for sure is that this is a
repeating problem and therefore needs some treatment ... stretching
with the help of steroids is the first option because this is a
conservative treatment ... if this doesnt work then a partial
circumcision or dorsal slit or some other form of surgery to treat
only the affected area is my advice rather than the full circ.
