Full phimosis, is it stretchable?

Hi all! I'm 25 years old, married, and just found out I had full phimosis.
Before, I thought have little or no foreskin, silly me.
It's exactly like picture number 2 in https://www.male-initiation.net/library/photos/phimosis.html
I was wondering if I any one had this full phimosis managed to stretch
foreskin to normal state.
I just try to stretch my phimosis ring since yesterday, and whenever I
stretch in a bit hard, it hurts a lot.
I wanna try using betamethasone, but me and my wife are in program to have
baby. I'm afraid it could cause damage to sperm or the future baby.
I don't think I wanna circumcise because it have been 25years my glans
never expose, and I'm sure it will be very hypersensitive :p
Anyone managed to stretch from this type or full phimosis please
share knowledge.
