urinating problem

When I urinate it seems as if I never get all the urine out of my system.
The thing is that after I'm done and I walk around or bend to pick up something
I feel a little bit of urine come out and I can not control this - even when I had just urinated.
What could be the problem ? I also have phimosis but I can pull the foreskin down past the the slit.
