hummm, well thats what Im here for - to think --- your descriptions are not very clear
This time you leave me a suspicion that you may have frenulum breve, ... this is simply because you say its tight, but you give no indication that the phimotic ring at the end of the foreskin is tight.
I would like you please to go to the pretty map at the top of this page and click on "CONDITIONS" (top right) please read the "Phimosis Summary" under the fourth section "Frenulum Breve" --- is that wot ya got??
I hope we get somewhere in the end ...
