Hi

The bending forward of your glans might indicate a short frenulum.

It sounds from your description of the corona changing shape that you might have a short frenulum or even an adhesion or skin bridge that is causing this.

A normal frenulum should easily stretch to allow full retraction of the foreskin; it should not be so short as to appear 'under pressure' indicated by the foreskin trying to return to the forward position. The foreskin should happily remain retracted when erect and in most cases will remain retracted when flaccid although this is probably dependent on the individual foreskin.

Stretching is performed by continually retracting the foreskin as far as it can go comfortably or fingers can be used but this is obviously dependent of the size of the opening. We do not recommend instruments for this purpose.
