PDFs are still unknown territory for me - html works unfortumately only with explorer (its somethimg to do with CSS styles which im not good with ...firefox reads the references wrong and chrome doesnt fit the page)
use a printer preview
take 7 pages of A4,
first print a then simply with the pages in that order
put the paper in again and then print b
with one (coloured) page for the cover
