Note on Authorship The author, Robin Stuart, has no academic or medical qualification. This book was written on the basis of insights, common sense and open minded research. The pages were started pre internet as the result of 250 interviews among men and women. The basic ideas have been extended from information in over two thousand e.mail exchanges. Unbiased research through all the available medical studies since 1920 and Anthropological studies since 1880 completes the picture. All results are presented.
