How severe is my penis injury?

I was having sex (woman on top), my penis slipped out and hit my partner. The pain was very intense. I bled a little out of my urethra, but my urine contained no blood. No bruising has occured, i just have a really sore tip. So far I have just iced it and taken ibuprofen. What symptoms indicate enough severity to go to the hospital?
