Typical Fracture often cures by itself. It is caused in connection with either bleeding and/or a loud "crack". (emergency instructions)
"Atypical Penis Fracture" is often caused in the same way as typical fracture eg. by a sudden frontal pressure and sometimes with 'breaking' the erection, ... though this usually ocurrs without any bleeding or loud crack.
This can at times result in year long nerve damage : pain or numbness and
impotence.
