If the opening is so small that it is causing ballooning - this puts pressure on the bladder which is recogniosed as leading to a weak bladder etc. Also, if this is recent then the phimotic ring is developing and maybe getting worse ... and so any experimentation with conservative methods of stretching cannot be recommended ... however in this context please see
